Played a Great Round at the County Course

It was sunny, and beautiful out, so I took the afternoon off and got in a wonderful round. I went out to the local county course and walked on.

Before I get too far into it, let me just say that I didn't shoot great or anything, but the fact that I played in this beautiful weather made it a "Great Round".

I shot in the high 90's, but I still couldn't stop thinking of how good it felt to be out from behind my desk and on the course. I met a few cool guys in my group who also ducked out a little early. Go figure?

Any way, I have a bunch of vacation days left this year and I want to do a little more of this type of thing.
